THE LONG JOURNEY FROM RIZE TO AMASRA 🚌 // TURKEY Bus Travel

Day 65 of our new life as full time travelers // Recorded on November 9th 2021 What a travel day!! For some reason, we couldn't find a direct bus from Rize to Amasra that wasn't an overnight bus, so we decided to do this instead... was it the right choice? I still don't know! It was definitely more entertaining and less boring than the overnight bus, but it was equally exhausting! We set foot in 4 different cities and had to do 7 segments (A car, 5 buses and an airplane). It took us almost 12 hours to get from Rize to Amasra, so it was for sure a long journey. Still, we promise that you'll forget about it the next day, so it's totally worth it. This is how Turkey bus travel looks like though! The Turkish bus system works great! There are always many options and you don't even have to book your tickets in advance. Trust us, we took MANY buses in Turkey during our 3 month journey. Also, we have videos about each trip if you are interested.
